At Family Court Support, we provide McKenzie Friends and Lay Advocates. Additionally, we draft documents for clients’ approval, assist in preparing bundles for court, accompany our clients to court, and negotiate with the oppositions’ solicitors and barristers. These are some of the many services we offer litigants in person.
Our cases are logged via an online electronic system to which our clients have access to view drafts of documents and latest updates. We convert all our clients’ paper documents into electronic copies for easy searching and circulation, which improves the efficiency of all supportive casework.
Family Court Support provides telephone support and videoconferencing through SKYPE. We operate between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and are available at other times by mobile, if necessary .
